I'm happy to report that after two failed attempts I was finally accepted into the Boeing S&IS El Segundo & Seal Beach High Potential (HiPo) Program which is a three year, structured, self driven leadership development program with an emphasis on personal and professional development, mentoring, training, and special projects intended to accelerate the development of strong, competitive candidates for future management and technical leadership opportunities. I get to work with other motivated people on projects to improve the company (on extra time of course). One of the real benefits though is access to and visibility with executives.
